The ownership of your leased premises was transferred to MCC Investments, LLC, a commercial real estate investment firm. Your property will be cared for by Next MN Rental. Our mission is to develop lasting relationships with our tenants while providing superior customer service. We are here to meet your needs.
Your current lease and payment terms will remain in effect. However, all payments and correspondence need to be made to MCC Investments, LLC. All payments need to be made electronically through an ACH, instructions will be provided to you by email invitation from www.tenantcloud.com.

Regarding Rent Payments
Beginning October 1st, 2021, please register and sign up, and login to your tenant portal at www.NextMNRental.com to submit your payments electronically on or before the 1st of every month. Please refer to your lease agreement regarding late rent payments and grace periods. If you are submitting your payment by mail, be sure to send it by the 25th of each month to allow delivery time and avoid late fees. Our mailing address is:
